HAUS 808 is a Dubai-based creative studio founded by Serto and Esra Sam. We work at the intersection of fashion, photography, and brand strategy — partnering with luxury houses, global magazines, and culture-driven brands across the Middle East and Europe.
Before building HAUS 808, Serto spent years as a Senior Consultant at EY — learning how big businesses think, move, and scale. He took that foundation and built something different with it.
As founder of ndo.club, one of the biggest run clubs in Germany, and of HAUS 808, he sits at the intersection of street culture, sport, and brand strategy. He writes concepts, pitches ideas, connects the right people, and sees every project through to delivery.
He's also a certified Hyrox coach and competitive Hyrox PRO athlete — which means he doesn't just market sport culture, he lives it.
His work spans creator activations, campaign productions, and brand partnerships — including collaborations with Nike and more.
