This policy explains how HAUS 808 (“HAUS 808”, “we”, “us”), a creative production studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects and uses personal data when you visit haus808.com, contact us or work with us.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
- Enquiries. When you email us, message us on WhatsApp, call us or send a request (for example the free brand audit), we receive your name, contact details, company and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
- Client and project data. When we work together: contact persons, billing details, briefs, contracts and project communication.
- Talent and crew. If you work on a production with us: contact details, availability, rates and, where relevant, images and footage of you, covered by a separate release or agreement.
- Website usage. Anonymous, aggregated usage and performance data (see section 4).
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals (steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding).
- To plan, produce and deliver projects and to invoice (performance of a contract).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To understand and improve how our website performs (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Analytics and cookies
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page views and site performance. According to Vercel, these tools do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors; data is collected in aggregated, anonymised form. Vercel processes server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) to deliver and secure the website.
Some pages may load third-party services, for example a scheduling widget, embedded media or links to WhatsApp and Instagram. When you use these, the respective provider processes your data under its own privacy policy. If we add marketing or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the studio (hosting, email, messaging, file sharing, accounting) and, for a specific production, with crew, partners or clients who need it to deliver the project. These providers may be located outside the UAE, including in the EU and the United States; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and normally no longer than 24 months without further contact. Client and project records are kept for as long as required by applicable commercial and tax law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@haus808.com. You can also complain to the competent data protection authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information by email.
